Mental Health, overrated?

What is “Mental Health”?

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

However, coping with Mental Health can cause confusion as to what we really categorize as such.

  • Can it be that we play the victim too often under the guise of mental health?
  • Is there such thing as excessive use of the term mental health?
  • Is it healthy to refer all our problems as a result of poor mental health?

This and much more will be highlighted in this open and interactive session led by Mental Fitness Coach
